Clay Martin brings over two decades of experience working with Spanish-speaking communities and more than ten years specializing in recruitment from Puerto Rico. His journey began with a four-year tenure in the Peace Corps, where he lived and collaborated with indigenous tribes in Latin America, honing his Spanish fluency and cross-cultural communication skills.  
 
Following his service, Clay transitioned to recruiting and managing agricultural workers from Mexico and Puerto Rico in Upstate New York. In 2016, he founded Martin Recruiting and Consulting (MRC), focusing on connecting U.S. employers with skilled workers from Puerto Rico, particularly in the landscaping and construction industries.  Over seven years, Clay successfully recruited thousands of job seekers, building a robust network of candidates and industry partners.
